Shipping & Returns
Shipping costs are calculated by UPS and takes into account the size and weight of an order as well as the location of the order destination. Please refer to www.ups.com/ for further guidance on their shipping policy.
No orders submitted after 5:00 PM on Thursdays will be fulfilled until the morning of the following Monday. Le Chocoholique is not liable for any mishandling of or damage to an order that is caused during shipping. A customer may choose to add shipping insurance to an order at cost to the customer. Le Chocoholique will only ship to locations within the Continental United States. Le Chocoholique reserves the right to withhold any and all orders during extended periods of warm or severely hot weather - customers will be notified before an order is processed. Packages shipped to select locations within the United States may contain ice/dry ice to protect the contents of the package.
Customers may opt to pick up their order at our store location.
All return/refund requests must be made to our Customer Care department within 3 business days of receipt of your order (determined by tracking) AND must be authorized by customer service in advance. To protect our customers’ health and safety, lechocoholique.com only accepts returns of non-edible items that have not been worn or used (apparel, accessories, etc.). Refunds for returns exclude shipping costs, and the customer is responsible for shipping the products back to us in their original condition. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
